Project Manager

Project Manager | Galway | Hybrid | Permanent

Hiring on behalf of a global manufacturing and technology business, seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across customer programmes and complex technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing relationships and expectations throughout delivery
• Lead end-to-end project delivery across scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Develop detailed project plans with critical paths, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies
• Maintain dashboards and trackers, providing weekly status updates to stakeholders
• Identify risks early and implement corrective actions or escalate as needed
• Manage engineering changes and customer change orders through defined approval processes
• Own project budgets including cost tracking, variance analysis, and forecasting
• Ensure all documentation, approvals, and deliverables meet standards and timelines
• Coordinate across engineering, operations, finance, quality, and supply chain teams

Requirements

• 3–5 years' project or programme management experience
• Strong customer-facing and cross-functional coordination skills
• Experience with ERP and CRM platforms — Salesforce advantageous
• Proven risk management and problem-solving capability
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related discipline
